tired.aching all over.flu.loads of fun.
few of the outcomes from my recent Leadership training camp organised for my juniors. it's a 3 day 2 night camp ( but i left on the second day cuz i had to attn a dinner for my mum's bdae..lol)
first day: rched changi beach at 3. and station games started at 4. the juinors were divided into four teams.
1. Reach for the Bottle Game
- Each group will have to think of ways to reach for the bottle which will be situated at different distances.
- A bottle will be placed in between lines of various differences and they will have to reach it using their hands or legs only.
- Points will be allocated for the furthest distance reached.

2. Disgusting Eating Game
- Group members have to crawl on the ground blindfolded and they will be given directions by one other group member.
- Upon reaching their destination they will have to use their mouths only to pick up a mentos sweet which will be hidden among a bowl of mixed sauces.
- Member who finishes the routine will be the next person to give directions.

3. Drawing Game ( and i m in charge of this,,it was so much fun looking at my juniors using their artistic juices..haha)
- Group members will be blindfolded except one who will be giving instructions on how to draw a given picture (Eg. octopus) and they will haf to draw 'wif' raffia strings attached to a branch i.e. there will be seven ( if there are seven in a grp) ends of a raffia string dangling out frm the branch and each person has to hold on to one end..thereaft they will haf to use it to control the branch and draw a picture of anything i wan them too.

4. Relay Game
a) Throwing water balloons
- Each group will be divided into groups of twos.
- They have to pass water balloons across by placing them on a thrash bag and throwing them across to the next couple.

b) Turning around sticks
- Group members have to turn 10 times around the sticks provided.

c) Passing the egg by mouth
- Group members have to pass an egg by mouth.
- If the group breaks the egg, the routine is being restarted.

d) Tying of legs
- Group members have to use the thrash bags they used to throw the water balloons and tie around each others legs.
- They then have to run across a distance together.
- If the thrash bag tears, they have to restart.

5. Mines
- Only one member in the group will not be blindfolded.
- This member has to direct his/her own group members who will be blindfolded through various obstacles.
- No names or any form of physical contact can be called upon and the group members will only be allowed to recognize his/her voice.
- This game is tough as all groups will be participating at the same time and there will be various voices giving directions.

den in the evening we had a cooking competition..tht was so interesting..the juniors onli had maggi mee, sausages, tomatos, eggs, apples and fishballs...and they were cooking for us!!haha..but wad they came up wif was indeed intersting and cute.. aft tht the juniors had some time to go and bathe and haf their dinner..while us seniors went on to prepare for the nightwalk..but we had time to lie down on a groundsheet to look at the airplanes waiting to land at our airport. and it was like continuous man..saw those aeroplanes lining up to land!!..no wonder they say changi airport is one of the busiest airports in the world..we were even guessing wad airline was nxt..haha

in the night was our night walk..which included walking thru the old changi hospital..but at the eleventh hr we found out tht NTU booked the whole place..the trs were telling us to scrap the whole activity but in the end we managd to find another route and in the end carried out the night walk anyway..but it wasnt a nightwalk anymore..but more of a nigh PT..cuz we made the juniors do physical ex at every stn..haha..but at the end of the day all of us were aching all o'er as well cuz we were walking all over changi to find the bez route for them..haha..
aft the nightwalk i went back to camp and went to bathe..and went to slp..dead tired and i was hafing a flu by the end of the day..sighzz..

second day: i woke up wif a serious cold..but the day had to go on..and for the rest of the day felt tired and lethargic..haizz..and i even had to stay under the hot sun for my stn game..yet i still enjoyed myself today..but i haf to say PT was rrly tough..and u cld rrly see some of the juniors cldnt tke it..they are rrly weak man..sighzz..duno how they gonna tke over nxt yr..
‘Siao’ Revolution a.k.a amazing race..but they did not haf any particular pit stops
- A group of seniors will be given a certain number of cards. (1 Ace, 2 Kings, 3 Queens and 4 Jacks). There will be two seniors who will be named “Mr Siao”. The role of the two seniors is to ‘tekan’ the year 1s.
- The year 1s are to go around finding the seniors and collect the cards in order: 2 Jacks, 2 Queens, 2 Kinds and 1 Ace.
- They will also be asked to accomplish impromptu tasks given by the seniors they approach to obtain their cards as well as have it signed and numbered.
- However, “Mr Siao” will be able to go around to any of the seniors and change roles with them. This serves as a diversion to the year 1s.
- The game will continue till all the cards are obtained in order by the group.

aft lunch it started to rain and all the senior gals hid inside our tent..but guess wad..our tent was leaking!! and it wasnt waterproof at all!! damnit!! it was like daejavoo..cuz last yr our tent was also the one tht flooded wif handfones floating in it..haha..
Station Games:
1. Spider Web Game
- Each member of the group has to pass through a man-made spiderweb made of raffia strings without touching the raffia.
- Each hole that is being used for passing through can only be used once.

2. Soccer Game against the seniors
- Each group has to play soccer against the seniors.
- If years 2s win the game, the group members will have to pump and there will be waiting time allocated as means of forfeit.
- If year 1s wins the game, they will be allowed to go to their next station immediately.

3. Make us Laugh Game
- Each group has to think of how to make the year 2s laugh.
- Note the difference between laugh and smile.
- No physical contact is allowed in the game.

4. 20 Questions Game
- Each group will be given a set of 20 questions to answer.
- Questions are with respect to dragonboat.
- Points will be given for each correct answer.

5. Twister ( and i was in charge of this game if wen ying and terrance..damn cute la..the pose of all the juniors..one even had her head at a guy's ass..haha..at the end of the game we made them perform 'muachi'..whereby they will haf to roll on the sand aft dipping themselves in sea water..haha..totally had fun!!)
- Different coloured paper and shapes will be made and pasted on the floor.
- Each group will be given a command (Eg. Hands on red circle, feet on blue square) and they have to follow the command given.

anyway i left soon aft the stn games so i din stay for the camp fire tht night and the sandcastle building competition the nxt day.
